Welcome to the September construction update for Willow by Azure in North Lakes. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Kerbs and channels have been completed along terraces 1 to 21 and 59 to 69. Fencing installation is also underway along terraces 22 to 37 and 59 to 69.

The lower frames and floor systems for terraces 1 to 21 and 38 to 50 have been successfully completed. Work has also commenced on the upper frames and structural steel for terraces 38 to 42.

Blockwork has started for the communal retaining walls, and the blockwork for the bin stores is now complete.

In the coming weeks, weather permitting, we will begin erecting the lower frames for terraces 22 to 37. Upper frames for terraces 1 to 21 and 43 to 50 will also commence, along with electrical and plumbing rough-ins.
