• Plumbing electrical & air-conditioning rough in is complete to all buildings;
• External cladding & hebel is near complete to all buildings;
• Internal plasterboard sheeting is complete to all buildings;
• External painting in near complete for buildings 4 to 10, 12 & 13;
• Tiling is near complete for buildings 4 to 10, 12 & 13;
• Kitchens and vanities have been installed to buildings 4 to 10, 12 & 13, with appliances installed to buildings 6 and 10;
• Internal painting is complete to buildings 4 to 10, 12 & 13;
• External window hoods have been installed to buildings 4 to 10 with scaffold now removed;
• Plumbing and electrical fit off is near complete to buildings 4 to 10;
• Courtyard dividing fences and landscaping is complete to buildings 4 to 10;
• Carpet has been installed in buildings 6, 8, 9 & 10
