We're thrilled to share some exciting updates on our incredible progress at The Terraces by Azure. Each passing month brings us closer to creating an extraordinary living experience that our residents will love.

The installation of kerb demarcating the road has been finalised, defining the boundaries and enhancing the overall visual appeal of the terraces. Additionally, the road sub-base has been completed, ensuring a solid foundation for future completion of the internal road construction.

We've hit some major milestones with terraces 10 - 17, with the frame and truss work all wrapped up and tie-down currently in progress. The blockwork planter boxes are all finished, adding a touch of beauty and charm to these wonderful residences. It's all coming together and we can't wait to see the final result.

We've seen some impressive progress at Terraces 39-53 as well. The frame and roof truss work are complete, and we're almost finished with the tie-down process. The external cladding is in full swing, giving these residences a stunning visual transformation.

Our hardworking team is busy setting up the perimeter scaffold, which means safe access and solid support for all the construction activities happening on-site. The lower roof installation, along with fascia and gutter work, is also well underway. These additions are really taking the overall structure to the next level.
