During the 20 years of experience he gained whilst establishing the TAK Property Group, Trent constructed a number of houses, units and commercial developments in South East Queensland.

Trent was involved in all aspects of the development process from site acquisitions, planning, approvals, cost management, construction and sales and many of his projects were accredited with achieving above market prices, a testament to his understanding of the communities in which he operates.

Trent is continually acknowledged by his peers and has been recognised through 28 property / Housing Industry Association of Australia awards relating to design, construction and innovation including national awards such as the 2009 Australian Home of the Year.
