Villawood Properties and Azure Development Group will break ground on Friday 16 April marking the start of construction on their collaboration, Dawn Edition at The Surrounds.
Dawn Edition will see the delivery of 54 high-quality terrace homes in a secure gated estate nestled within the thriving $500 million Helensvale community.
Construction plans for stage one of the project have been accelerated following a strong sales campaign which has left just three of the 31 terrace homes released to date remaining available.
Stage one hit the market in February and was met with significant demand from a mix of buyers with prices ranging from $499,900 to $579,900.
Villawood Properties State Development Manager Michael Williams says Dawn Edition provides a solution for buyers either looking to upsize from an apartment or downsize from a big home.

“Construction activity is a vital part of rebuilding the local economy and being able to move forward with construction so soon after launch also boosts buyer confidence,” he said.
“It means we are on track for stage one to reach completion by early to mid-2022, which gives buyers an added level of comfort when buying off the plan.”
Stage two will be released to the market in the coming weeks, offering the final 23 terrace homes with new designs and larger floorplans available.
“There will be six distinct floorplans on offer ranging in size from 191-301 sqm,” Mr Keirnan said.
“Each terrace in stage two includes two spacious bathrooms, a powder room, two car spaces, and private courtyards. A number of these terraces will also offer independent street access.

Residents of Dawn Edition will be positioned right near the $4 million Leisure Centre featuring a heated lap pool, a fully equipped gym, private multi-purpose room, change facilities and a cafe.
The $30 million terrace project is being marketed by property services group Oliver Hume. The sales suite is located at Buckler Drive, Helensvale, and it open daily from 10am to 5pm.
