For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Plumbing and electrical rough-ins are complete to all buildings;
• External cladding is complete for building 2 to 7 and near-complete on building 1;
• External painting and render is complete for buildings 2 to 6 and underway on building 7;
• Internal plasterboard sheeting is complete for buildings 2 to 6 and underway in building 7;
• Internal tiling is complete in buildings 2 to 6;
• Internal painting is near complete in buildings 2 to 6;
• Kitchen and bathroom joinery has been installed in buildings 2 to 6 with appliances installed;
• Plumbing, electrical and air conditioning fit off is complete in buildings 2 to 4 and underway in 5 & 6;
• Carpet has been installed to buildings 2 to 4;
• External works have commenced on the communal area with landscape prep due to commence this month.
