We are currently experiencing noticeable supply chain disruptions and shortages of materials onsite. Due to this delay, the construction completion is now forecast for Quarter 3 in 2022.

For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Timber frames are complete to buildings 1 to 17 and near-complete to building 9;
• Roofs are installed to buildings 1 to 17, except for building 9;
• External cladding is complete on buildings 10 to 17, with external painting well advanced on these buildings;
• Brickwork is complete for buildings 10 to 17;
• Electrical, plumbing and air conditioning rough-ins are near complete for buildings 5 to 17 not including building 9;
• Internal plasterboard sheeting and fix out is near complete to buildings 10 to 17;
• Internal painting has commenced for buildings 13 to 17;
• Internal tiling is underway in buildings 14 to 17;
• Kitchen and bathroom joinery cabinets have been installed to buildings 15 to 17.
