For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Bulk earthworks and retaining walls are complete;
• Building pads have been cut to earthworks level and internal subgrade complete;
• Main sewer, stormwater and water underground reticulation is near complete for the site;
• Electrical and fibre optic conduits and pits are well underway for the site;
• Plumbing and electrical under slab services have been complete to buildings 2 and 3;
• Concrete slabs have been poured for building 2 and 50% of building 3;
• Timber fencing has been installed to the northern boundary and through the middle of the site.
