For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:
- Structural timber framing is near complete to all buildings;
- Roof has been installed to all buildings;
- Plumbing electrical & air-conditioning rough-in is near complete to buildings 4 to 10 and 13;
- External cladding & hebel is complete for buildings 4 to 10
- Render complete on buildings 5, 6, 7,8, 9 and 10;
- Internal plasterboard sheeting is complete to buildings 4 to 10 and has commenced in building 13;
- External Painting in near complete for buildings 5 to 10;
- Tiling is near complete for building 5 to 10;
- Kitchens and vanities have been installed in buildings 6 and 8 to 10
- Appliances have been installed in building 6;
- Internal painting is underway to buildings 5 to 10;
- External window hoods have been installed to buildings 5 to 10 with scaffold now removed;
- Plumbing and electrical fit off has commenced to buildings 6 and 10;
- Courtyard dividing fences and landscaping has commenced to buildings 5, 6 and 10.
