For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Bulk earthworks and road box out have been completed with retaining walls near complete;
• Building pads are cut to level with piers ready to commence;
• Stormwater detention tank has been constructed and back filled;
• Civil stormwater is complete with sewer 50% complete;
• External electrical Energex conduits have been installed with main water lead in near complete;
• Swimming pool concrete shell has been poured.
