For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Main sewer, stormwater and water underground reticulation are complete for the site;
• Electrical and fibre optic conduits and pits are complete;
• Plumbing and electrical under slab services have been completed to buildings 2 & 4 and are underway for building 5;
• Concrete slabs have been poured for buildings 2 & 3;
• Timber frames have been installed for building 2 and are underway for building 3.
