We are currently experiencing noticeable supply chain disruptions and shortages of materials onsite. Due to this delay, the construction completion is now forecast for Quarter 3 in 2022.

For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Electrical and communications underground mains have been installed throughout the site;
• Under slab plumbing has been complete to all buildings;
• Concrete building slabs are complete to all buildings;
• Castamore Way road widening works are complete;
• Timber frames are complete to buildings 7 to 17 and underway on buildings 1 to 6;
• Roofs are installed to buildings 7 to 17;
• External cladding is underway on buildings 10 to 17;
• Brickwork is complete for buildings 12 to 17;
• Electrical, plumbing and air conditioning rough-ins are near complete for buildings 10 to 17;
• Internal plasterboard sheeting and fix out is near complete to buildings 15 to 17.
