The recent Covid-19 outbreaks have disrupted productivity onsite with many of our work crews reduced to 50% capacity following the Queensland Government quarantining guidelines. Based on this, please find the adjusted settlement dates below:

Stage 1 Settlement: June - July 2022
Stage 2 Settlement: July – August 2022

For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Timber frames are complete to all buildings;
• Roofing has been installed to all buildings;
• Plumbing and electrical rough-ins are complete to buildings 2 to 6, with fit off complete in buildings 2 & 3;
• External cladding is complete for buildings 2 to 6 and underway on buildings 1 & 7;
• External painting and render is complete for buildings 2 to 4 and underway on buildings 5 & 6;
• Internal plasterboard sheeting is complete for buildings 2 to 5 with internal painting well underway;
• Internal tiling is complete in buildings 2 to 5, and underway in building 6;
• Internal painting is near complete in buildings 2 to 4;
• Kitchen and bathroom joinery has been installed in buildings 2 to 5 with appliances installed;
• Plumbing, electrical and air conditioning fit off is complete in buildings 2 & 3;
• Carpet has been installed to buildings 2 & 3.
