We are currently experiencing noticeable supply chain disruptions and shortages of materials onsite. Due to this delay, the construction completion is now forecast for Quarter 3 in 2022.

• Bulk earthworks and retaining walls are complete;
• Civil services are complete through the site including stormwater, sewer, water and electrical;
• Under slab plumbing has been complete to all terraces;
• Timber fencing to the boundaries is complete;
• All foundation piers have been installed;
• Concrete slabs have been poured for terraces 36 - 55 and ready to pour for townhouses 19 - 31.
