For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Bulk earthworks, road box out and all retaining walls are now complete;
• Building pads are cut to level with screw piers installed;
• Stormwater detention tank has been constructed and back filled;
• Civil stormwater and sewer is complete;
• Electrical underground mains have been installed to 60% of the site;
• External electrical Energex conduits have been installed with main water lead in complete;
• Under slab plumbing has been complete to 3 buildings.
