• Electrical and communications underground mains have been installed throughout the site;
• External electrical Energex conduits have been installed;
• Main switchboard and sub-boards have been installed throughout the site;
• Internal roadway gravels and kerbs are complete;
• Concrete building slabs are now complete;
• Castamore Way road widening works are complete;
• Timber framing is due to commence this month.
