For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Civil services are complete through the site including stormwater, sewer, water and electrical;
• Internal roadway kerbs and gravels are near complete;
• Under slab plumbing is complete for half of the site;
• Foundation screw piers are installed for all buildings;
• Timber fencing to the boundaries is now complete;
• Road widening works to Government Road are underway.
