Welcome to the latest construction update for One Earle Lane by Azure. We are thrilled to share the progress made in the past month as we continue to shape these distinctive residences.

Our in-ground stormwater drainage works continue to progress, with internal site works now at an impressive 75% completion. Over on Sylvan Road, our stormwater upgrade works are still ongoing. The project frontage is substantially complete, and pit upgrade works for crossing Sylvan Road are advancing with final BCC approval now being received.

We're thrilled to announce that the site water meter connection works have been successfully completed, reaching a significant milestone of 100% completion. Concrete works have seen remarkable progress, with concrete columns from level 3 to level 4 fully formed, reinforced, and poured. Scaffold erection for level 5 has been completed, marking another crucial step forward in the construction process.

Formwork for the level 4 suspended deck is complete, while formwork for the level 5 suspended deck is at an impressive 80% completion. Installation of services conduits for the level 5 suspended slab is fully completed, ensuring seamless progress in this area.

Moving to the basement, mechanical services installation is at an encouraging 80% completion, along with electrical services rough-in. Fire services rough-in for the lower and upper basements are progressing, with 35% completion in the lower basement and further advancements in the upper basement.

Hydraulic services rough-in for levels 1, 2, and 3 are at a commendable 50% completion, while electrical services rough-in is at 20% completion. We have also commenced waterproofing to Level 1 door reveals, marking the beginning of a crucial phase in the construction process.
