Welcome to the latest construction update for One Earle Lane by Azure. We're excited to share the progress made throughout March.

The onsite team have been hard at work, with several key developments taking shape. In-ground stormwater drainage works within the site are now 75% complete, ensuring effective water management.

The stormwater upgrade works along Sylvan Road are ongoing, with significant progress made on the project frontage. The Sylvan Road pit upgrade works are underway, with final BCC approval now being received.

Sewer connection works have been successfully completed, while site water meter connection works are also fully finalised, ensuring essential services are in place.

Scaffold erection for level 6 is now 100% complete, facilitating access for ongoing construction activities. Scaffold erection for level 7 has commenced, further supporting vertical progress.

Concrete columns from level 5 to level 6 have been formed, reinforced, and poured, marking a significant milestone in the structural development. Formwork and reinforcement for the level 6 suspended deck are 75% complete, with installation of services conduits for the suspended slab at 70% completion.

The pouring of concrete for the level 6 suspended deck is currently at 50% completion, further solidifying the building's structural framework.

Meanwhile, significant progress has been made in basement mechanical and electrical services installation, with both at 80% completion.

Fire services rough-in works for the lower and upper basements are also progressing well, currently at 60% completion.

On level 1, various works have commenced, including reveal waterproofing, aluminium windows and doors framing installation, and ceilings and partitions framing works.

Hydraulic services rough-in on levels 1, 2, and 3 is at 60% completion, ensuring proper plumbing infrastructure throughout the building.

Main switchboard installation works are 95% complete, along with electrical meter panel installation works at 90% completion, ensuring efficient energy distribution.

Mechanical installation works on level 1 are at 65% completion, contributing to the overall functionality of the building. Fire services installation works on levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 are currently at 25% completion, with further progress expected in the coming weeks.
