Welcome to the latest construction update for One Five Six by Azure in New Farm. We're thrilled to share the significant progress made throughout March.

The dismantling of the Eastern and Western Façade scaffold is now 90% complete, bringing us closer to revealing the stunning exterior design.

Progress continues on the Northern Façade, with the scaffold dismantling at 40% completion and the metalwork cladding reaching 90% completion.

Both the Northern and Southern Façades are nearing completion, with metalwork cladding, reveals, planter box, and balustrade installation at 90% completion, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.

External render works are also making significant headway, currently at 95% completion, ensuring a polished finish to the exterior.

Internally, essential infrastructure works are progressing well. All-level glazing installation is now 90% complete, providing stunning views and ample natural light.

Additionally, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics services fit-off in the Lower and Upper Level Basements are at 90% completion, ensuring essential services are in place.

As we move onto interior finishes, painting works on Levels 1 through to 5 are 75% complete, while joinery installation on Levels 1 & 3 is at 80% completion, adding both functionality and style to the living spaces.

Level 1 stone installation works are at 40% completion, bringing elegance and sophistication to the apartment interiors. Apartment wet area tiling installation works across multiple levels are 90% complete, ensuring durability and visual appeal.

Timber floor installation works are progressing steadily, currently at 50% completion, adding warmth and character to the interiors. Door frame installation across all levels is now 100% complete, ensuring security and functionality.

At Level 6, plasterboard walls and ceiling installation works are at 90% completion, setting the stage for final touches. Painting works on Level 6 have commenced and are at 30% completion, adding the finishing touch to the interiors.

Excitingly, construction has begun on the Level 1 communal pool, with formwork and reinforcing underway. The rooftop pool is fully formed and reinforced, with pouring at 50% completion, providing a luxurious retreat.

Rooftop landscaping works are progressing well, currently at 75% completion, creating a serene outdoor environment. The rooftop tiling works are at 40% completion, adding elegance to the space.

Other essential works such as rubbish chute installation and lift installation are nearing completion, ensuring convenience and accessibility for residents.
