Welcome to the latest construction update for Willow by Azure in North Lakes. We're excited to share the progress made throughout March.

Significant strides have been made in recent weeks. The communal pad has been cut to bulk earthworks level, setting the stage for further development.

The finishing touches are being applied to the retaining walls, not only enhancing functionality but also elevating the aesthetic charm of the site. Our civil stormwater works are nearing completion, ensuring optimal drainage throughout the entire area.

In terms of infrastructure, electrical works have commenced, laying the groundwork for essential power supply to the development.

Looking ahead, we will be focusing on electrical and plumbing works under slabs, ensuring that the foundational elements of the terraces are in place for future construction.
