Welcome to the latest construction update for ONE FIVE SIX by Azure. Let us take you through the construction milestones for July.

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the formwork, reinforcement, and pouring of the Level 4 slab. The Level 4 reinforcement steel and post-tension works have also been completed allowing the level 4 slab to be poured in the early part of July.

Our dedicated construction team continues to diligently carry out survey works for the Level 4 and Level 5 structures. The Level 5 scaffold erection has been completed, setting the safety and buildability stage for the next phase of this extraordinary development.

As we ascend to greater heights, the vertical concrete columns from Level 4 to Level 5 have been formed, reinforced, and poured. The supply, laying and core filling of blockwork walls between these levels is now also successfully completed.

The Level 5 slab has been successfully formed, reinforced and poured at the end of July.  We are making progress on Level 5 and 6 structures, with deliveries, including formwork, reinforcement steel, and blockwork well advanced, ensuring the seamless delivery of these prestigious residences.

The vision of ONE FIVE SIX by Azure is becoming a reality, with the removal of temporary formwork backprops from Level 1 in progress. Level 1's aluminium and glazing installation works and services rough in works have also commenced.

Lastly, we are proud to report that electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics services fit-off in lower and upper-level basements are now 75% complete, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality throughout the residences.

With each milestone accomplished, we edge closer to creating a haven of elegance and sophistication, tailored to meet the highest standards of contemporary living.
