We are excited to provide you with an update on the construction progress of ONE FIVE SIX by Azure. Significant milestones have been accomplished, and we are eager to share the key highlights for the month of June with you.

In the Lower Basement, the temporary dewatering pumps have been turned and the wells have been capped, marking the completion of the temporary dewatering phase of construction. This significant milestone based on the pouring of the level 3 slab of the building structure allows removing of the bulk temporary dewatering plant and equipment from site and sets the stage for further progress.

Continuing with the vertical progression, the formwork, reinforcement, and pouring of the concrete columns from Level 3 to Level 4 have been completed. These columns contribute to the strength and stability of the building, further enhancing the development's structural integrity.

We are pleased to announce that the supply, laying, and corefilling of the blockwork walls from Level 3 to Level 4 are now also complete. These structural elements not only add aesthetic appeal but also serve as essential walls within the residences.

Looking ahead, our team is focused on the upcoming completion of the formwork and reinforcement for the Level 4 slab, scheduled to be finalised this week to allow the pouring of the level 4 slab in the first week of July. This represents another significant step towards the completion of the project.

Temporary formwork backprops are being systematically removed from Level 1 as part of the ongoing process. This ensures a smooth workflow and prepares the space for further construction activities including the commencement of the fitout and finishes phase of the project.

The scaffold erection for Levels 3 and 4 has been successfully completed, providing safe access and support for ongoing construction activities at these levels.

To meet the construction demands, deliveries of necessary materials such as formwork, reinforcement steel, and blockwork for the Level 3 and Level 4 structures are ongoing, ensuring seamless progress on-site.

Our dedicated team is diligently working on the installation of basement services, ensuring the provision of essential utilities throughout the development. In particular, the fit-off of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics services in the Lower and Upper Level Basements is currently at 65% complete.

One Five Six is making remarkable progress. We remain committed to delivering a high-quality residential project and look forward to sharing more updates with you as construction continues.
