The Roof Terrace scaffold erection has been successfully completed, ensuring safety and accessibility for construction activities on the rooftop.
Vertical concrete columns from Level 6 to the roof level, supply and blockwork wall construction from Level 6 to the roof, and Roof Terrace slab works have all reached 100% completion.
Survey works for Level 6 and the roof terrace structure have been successfully conducted, ensuring precision and alignment throughout the construction process.
Blockwork walls from Level 6 to the Roof Terrace and to roof level structures are 100% complete, enhancing the building's structure.
The Roof Terrace slabs are now fully poured, and survey works for Level 6 and the roof terrace structure are finalised.
Concrete columns from Level 6 to the Roof Terrace are complete, adding stability. The formwork, reinforcement, and pouring of stair and lift roof slabs are now 100% complete. This sees the final part of project structure successfully completed.
Rooftop waterproofing and external rendering and cladding have begun. Temporary formwork backprops have been removed from Levels 2 to 6, indicating progress in the interior.
In the Lower and Upper Level Basements, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics services fit-offs are at 75% completion, ensuring essential utilities. Levels 3 to 5 have reached 90% completion for waterproofing to all window and door reveals.
Levels 4 and 5 have completed waterproofing for planters, enhancing the greenery in the building. Aluminum and glazing installation on Levels 1 and 2 is now at 95%, with Level 3 at 80%. Levels 4 and 5 are at 40% completion for glazing installation, allowing more natural light into the residences.
Wall framing installation is 100% complete for Levels 1 to 4, with Level 5 at 20%, shaping the internal spaces.
Mechanical, fire and hydraulic services rough-in works for Level 1 are at 100% completion, ensuring seamless utility provision. Level 2 and 3 have reached 90% completion for hydraulics services rough-in works, while mechanical services rough-in works are at 15%. Levels 1 to 5 have reached 100% completion for fire services rough-in.
Sewer and water connection works are complete, ensuring essential utilities can service the building. The relocation of Telstra services pits in the Oxlade verge has commenced, and ongoing building services deliveries ensure a steady supply of essential materials for construction.
