Welcome to the April construction update for Saville by Azure in Richlands. We're thrilled to share the latest progress onsite.

In Building 1, cladding is now 50% complete, with rough-in progress at 80%. Meanwhile, Building 2's roof is complete, with cladding work currently underway.

For Buildings 3, 4, and 5, final fit-off for services is complete, and concrete footpaths and driveways have been installed. Landscaping is also in progress, while carpet, showerscreens, and wardrobes are all complete.

Building 6 is nearing completion, with final fit, carpet, showerscreens, and wardrobes currently underway. In Building 7, scaffolding has been 50% dropped, and final fit, joinery, and tiling are 80% complete.

Similarly, in Building 8, final fit for carpet, showerscreens, and wardrobes is underway. Building 9 has seen external paint and render completion, with internal sheeting now in progress.

Lastly, the Pool Pavilion's roof is complete, with cladding set to commence soon. Landscaping preparation is also underway, adding the finishing touches to this beautiful amenity.
