The installation of services beneath the building pads for Building 3 is now complete. Both the hydraulic and electrical systems have been successfully set up, ensuring optimal functionality for our future residents.

We're excited to announce the completion of the stormwater detention tank, a vital component of our development. This impressive underground reservoir, built with durable blocks and concrete, is designed to retain stormwater and undergo filtration processes. Our commitment to sustainability ensures minimal impact on downstream catchments.

The retaining walls are now 80% complete, providing essential stability to the site and creating beautifully leveled platforms. These walls not only serve a structural purpose but also add to the overall visual appeal of the development.
