Firstly, we are pleased to announce the completion of the communal area blockwork. Additionally, the first few buildings have undergone Hebel installation, rendering and external painting, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the residences.

One of the key highlights for the month is the progress of the communal area. With the completion of footings, ground slabs, and a majority of the blockwork, this area is truly coming to life. It provides a glimpse into what will undoubtedly be one of Azure's most luxurious communal facilities.

We are pleased to announce that live power, water, and sewer connections are now all established on-site. This significant achievement ensures that essential utilities are readily available, creating a seamless living experience for the future residents of Seasons.

We have made significant strides in the interior work of residences 61-68. The meticulous painting, tiling, and fit-off processes are currently underway, bringing these homes closer to their final form.
