Welcome to the latest construction update for The Terraces by Azure. We are excited to share the remarkable progress achieved in the past month, bringing us one step closer to completing these exceptional residences.

Terraces 39-53 have seen significant advancements, with external render and paint nearing completion. This is a pivotal milestone, as it allows us to remove the scaffolding and commence external landscaping, enhancing the overall appeal of the residences and their surroundings.

Terraces 10-17 and Terraces 25-38 are making substantial progress as well, with external cladding nearing completion. When this phase is finished, it will mark the achievement of 75% of the external cladding works for the entire project.

Within our communal areas, the blockwork wall is now complete, further enhancing the shared spaces within the community. Additionally, the installation of the pool pump equipment is well underway, with pebblecrete and tiling soon to follow. The installation of the bathroom joinery also on the horizon, bringing us closer to completing these vital amenities.

Refuse Enclosure 2 is progressing with the installation of a height safety system and remaining render and paint work. Meanwhile, Refuse Enclosure 1 is seeing concrete ramp construction to the footpath, with render and paint remaining to finalise this area.
