For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• External cladding is 99% complete to building 1;
• External render is 99% complete to building 1;
• External paint is complete to building 7;
• Internal tiling is complete to building 7 and near-complete to building 1;
• Internal painting is complete to buildings 2 to 6, the final coat has been applied to building 7, and painting is underway to building 1;
• Kitchen and bathroom joinery is underway to building 1;
• Plumbing, electrical and air conditioning fit off is complete to buildings 2-7 and underway to building 1;
• Carpet is being fitted in building 6;
• External works have commenced to the communal area with landscape underway to buildings 2 - 6;
• The final construction defect process is underway to buildings 2 and 3;
• Road seal has commenced.
