• Concrete slabs are 100% complete to all buildings;
• Main electrical switchboards and sub-boards are installed;
• Timber framing is 50% complete;
• Air conditioning, electrical and plumbing rough-ins are 10% complete;
• Brickwork is 10% complete;
• Lightweight cladding is 5% complete;
• Roofing is 13% complete;
• Filling subgrade in courtyards is substantially complete;
• Government Road verge has been turfed. All external work to the property is now complete.
