For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Wall and roof framing is complete on all buildings;
• Electrical and plumbing rough-ins are complete to all buildings except for building 4;
• Roofing on buildings 1 to 17 is complete, except for building 4 and 9;
• Brickwork and wall cladding is complete to buildings 5 to 8 and 10 to 17. Metalwork screens are currently being installed;
• Plasterboard is well progressed on all buildings except for buildings 4 and 9, which will start in the next few weeks;
• External and internal painting is 40% complete and scaffold is being removed from site as the work is finished;
• Tiles have been laid in buildings 12 to 17;
• Cabinets, robes and shower screens are being installed in buildings 12, 13, and 15 to 17;
• Electrical and plumbing fit off has commenced and is well progressed on buildings 1, 12, 13, 15 and 17;
• External works including fencing, driveways and landscaping will start in the next few weeks.
