For those of you interested in the facts and figures below is a list of construction deliverables for your reference:

• Cladding is near complete on building 1;
• External render is near complete on building 1;
• External paint is underway to building 7;
• Internal plasterboard sheeting and setting is now complete;
• Internal tiling is well underway to buildings 1 & 7;
• Internal painting is complete to buildings 2 & 3, and near complete to buildings 4 to 7;
• Kitchen and bathroom joinery has been installed to buildings 7;
• Plumbing, electrical & air conditioning fit off is complete to buildings 2 to 4, near complete on buildings 5 to 6, and underway to building 7;
• Carpet has been installed to buildings 2 to 5;
• External works have commenced to the communal area with landscape underway to buildings 2, 3 & 4;
• Final construction defect process started to buildings 2 & 3.
