Welcome to the latest construction update for One Earle Lane by Azure. We're excited to share the progress made throughout April.
This month, significant advancements have been made across various aspects of the project. The in-ground stormwater drainage works within the site are now 75% complete, ensuring effective water management throughout the area.
Stormwater upgrade works along Sylvan Road are ongoing, with substantial progress made on the project frontage. Pit upgrade works for crossing Sylvan Road are also underway, with final BCC approval now being received.
Scaffold erection for level 7 is now 100% complete, facilitating further construction progress. Concrete columns from level 6 to level 7 have been successfully formed, reinforced, and poured to support the structure's integrity.
Installation of services conduits for the suspended slabs on level 6 is complete with level 7 well underway. Additionally, progress continues on the mechanical, electrical, and fire services rough-ins for both the lower and upper basements.
Waterproofing works for reveals on levels 1, 2, and 3 are at 75% completion, ensuring the durability of the building envelope. Similarly, the installation of aluminium windows and doors on these levels is 50% complete, enhancing the building's aesthetics.
Ceilings and partitions framing works are progressing steadily across multiple levels, with varying completion percentages achieved. Electrical rough-ins for lobby and corridor areas on levels 1 to 5 are now 100% complete, ensuring the infrastructure is in place for future functionality.
Hydraulic services rough-ins for levels 1 to 5 are at 60% completion, with work underway on levels 6 and 7. Mechanical rough-ins are also advancing, with levels 1 to 4 nearing completion.
Fire services rough-ins are in progress across different levels. Level 1 is at 75% completion, while levels 2 and 3 have commenced installations.
