Welcome to the May construction update for One Earle Lane by Azure. We're excited to share the latest developments throughout the project.

In-ground stormwater drainage works within the site are 75% complete. Stormwater upgrade works to Sylvan Road are ongoing. The project frontage along Sylvan Road is substantially complete, and the pit upgrade works for crossing Sylvan Road are ongoing with final BCC approval now received and final works to commence in July and programmed for completion by September.

Scaffold erection for levels 8 and 9 is now 100% complete, facilitating further construction progress. Blockwork for levels 7 and 8 walls is fully completed. The form, reinforcement, and pouring of concrete columns from level 7 to level 8 are 100% complete, and from level 8 to level 9 are 70% complete. Formwork for the level 9 suspended deck is 50% complete.

Service conduit installations for the suspended slabs on levels 7 and 8 are now fully complete, ensuring infrastructure readiness for the next stages of construction. Reveal waterproofing works on levels 1 to 4 are progressing well and are 90% complete. Aluminium window and door installations for these levels have reached 75% completion. On levels 1, 2, and 3, the installation of fire door frames has begun. Additionally, ceilings and partitions framing works are 95% complete, and plasterboard sheeting at 50% completion.

The main switchboard installation is nearly finished at 95% completion. Electrical services rough-in for the lower and upper basements is 80% complete. For levels 1, 2, and 3, electrical rough-in is 90% complete, and for the corridors on levels 4, 5, and 6 are at 95% completion. Hydraulic services rough-in for levels 1 to 6 has reached 60% completion, while levels 7 and 8 are at 20%.

Mechanical services rough-in works for the lower and upper basements are 95% complete, with levels 1 and 2 also at 95%. Levels 3, 4, and 5 mechanical services rough-in are 75% complete. Fire services rough-in for the lower and upper basements is 95% complete, levels 1 to 6 are at 70%, and levels 7 and 8 have commenced.
