Welcome to the May construction update for Saville by Azure in Richlands. We're excited to share the latest progress onsite.

Scaffolding remains in place on Buildings 1 and 2, with painting scheduled to commence shortly.

Meanwhile, the pool pavilion has seen significant progress, with cladding installed and render and paint set to begin this week. Landscaping work around the pool pavilion is also underway, enhancing the area's aesthetics.

While pool tiling is slated to commence in June, we're pleased to announce that the council footpath has been completed, improving accessibility around the site.

Building 3, 4, and 5 are nearing completion, with final fit and commissioning activities currently underway.

Buildings 6 - 9 are in the midst of internal fit-off, with external fencing and landscaping work simultaneously progressing.

Overall, footpaths, driveways, and carparks are nearly 70% complete, marking significant progress in enhancing the site's infrastructure and accessibility.
